Join us for a Pop-Up Fine Dining Experience by Chef Blake Smithson on Thursday, January 12! We will have three arrival times, each with 12 seats available: 6:30pm, 6:50pm, and 7:10pm. The dinner is $75 per person before your Wine Club discount. Wine will be available for purchase during the dinner. Preview the dinner menu below. Please indicate your choice of soup or salad and choice of entree in your order notes.
- Appetizer of polenta torta with melted manchego, spanish chorizo, and romesco sauce

- Chef's famous mushroom soup topped with chili crisps and fried sage
- Iceberg wedge salad with roasted cherry tomatoes, crispy shallots, bacon crumbles and house-made creamy blue cheese dressing
- Choice of Entreé
- Roast pork loin stuffed with wild rice, cherries, and pecans with port wine reduction and served with haricot vert
- Cumin and coriander crusted sea bass with green chile cream served with southwestern succotash
- Citrus upside down cake with sour whipped cream topping
